Frabosa Sottana ist eine Gemeinde in der nordwest-italienischen Provinz Cuneo (CN), Region Piemont mit 1604 Einwohnern (Stand 31. Dezember 2022).
Die Ortsteile sind Prato Nevoso, Artesina, Pianvignale, Gosi, Alma und Riosecco. Die Nachbargemeinden sind Frabosa Soprana, Magliano Alpi, Monastero di Vasco, Roccaforte Mondovì und Villanova Mondovì.
Der Schutzheilige des Ortes ist San Giorgio.
Sport
Im Ortsteil Prato Nevoso endete zweimal eine Etappe des Giro d’Italia:
