Kiligkaridis was born in [[Saratov]], [[Russia]]. He was eliminated in the heats of the [[Canoeing at the 2000 Summer Olympics – Men's C-1 500 metres|C-1 500 m]] event while being disqualified in the [[Canoeing at the 2000 Summer Olympics – Men's C-1 1000 metres|C-1 1000 m]] event at the [[2000 Summer Olympics]] in [[Sydney]]. [[2004 Summer Olympics|Four years later]] in [[Athens]], Kiligkaridis was eliminated in the semifinals of both the [[Canoeing at the 2004 Summer Olympics – Men's C-1 500 metres|C-1 500 m]] and the [[Canoeing at the 2004 Summer Olympics – Men's C-1 1000 metres|C-1 1000 m]] events. At the [[2008 Summer Olympics]] in [[Beijing]], he was eliminated in the semifinals of those [[Canoeing at the 2008 Summer Olympics – Men's C-1 500 metres|same]] [[Canoeing at the 2008 Summer Olympics – Men's C-1 1000 metres|events]].
