Vertemate con Minoprio ist eine norditalienische Gemeinde (comune) mit 4118 Einwohnern (Stand 31. Dezember 2022) in der Provinz Como in der Lombardei.

Die Gemeinde liegt etwa 9 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Como. Östlich wird die Gemeinde durch den Seveso begrenzt.

Erstmals urkundlich erwähnt wird die Ortschaft im 12. Jahrhundert, wenngleich die Johannes-Abtei von Vertemate bereits von 1084 bis 1086 errichtet wurde. Die umfasst die Fraktionen Vertemate und Minoprio. Die Nachbargemeinden sind: Cadorago, Cantù, Cermenate, Cucciago und Fino Mornasco.

Durch die Gemeinde führt die Strada Statale 35 dei Giovi von Genua kommend über Mailand Richtung Como und Grenze zur Schweiz.
