- @NewYorkActuary: You are absolutely right that they by definition have to work on multiple articles, thanks for catching that! I checked the paper, and it is referring to the "role embracers". Their primary finding is the longevity of the participation, with a secondary finding that the role embracers will focus on the second article they work on.
