The Ten-Year Lunch
Vorlage:Unref The Ten-Year Lunch is a documentary film about the Legend of the Algonquin Round Table a floating group of writers and actors in the booming roaring twenties in New York City which included Harold Ross, Robert Benchley, Dorothy Parker. It was narrated by Heywood Hale Broun. The title is a reference to the fact that the action that took place in the Round Table was over lunch and the famous hotel and the fact the once the roaring twenties ended, that group of writers, actors and artists would never meet daily again as Hollywood beckoned and other members got older a grew apart.
