Richard Ned Lebow ist ein US-amerikanischer Politikwissenschaftler. Er wurde als Kriegsflüchtling laut New Yorker Geburtsurkunde 1941 geboren.^[1]

Er ist Professor für Internationale Politiktheorie im Bereich Kriegssoziologie am King’s College London.
