Die Verleihung der Emmy Awards 2007 in der Sparte Primetime findet am 19. September 2007 im Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles statt. Die Preise werden in diesem Jahr zum 59. Mal vergeben.

Am 8. September werden zunächst die Creative Arts Emmys in 63 Kategorien (wie Kostüme, Makeup oder visuelle Effekte) verliehen.

Die Hauptveranstaltung (Primetime Telecast) findet am 19. September statt. Vergeben werden Emmys in 27 Kategorien. Turnusgemäß strahlt FOX die Emmy-Verleihung 2007 aus.

Die Verleihung der Emmys für die Sparte Daytime fand bereits am 15. Juni 2007 im Kodak Theatre in Hollywood statt.

Die Nominierungen wurden am 19. Juli von Jon Cryer und Kyra Sedgwick bekannt gegeben. Die meisten Nominierungen erhielten die Produktionen Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee (17), Broken Trail (16), The Sopranos (15), Ugly Betty! (11) sowie Grey’s Anatomy, The Starter Wife und 30 Rock (jeweils 10).
