Vorlage:Infobox actor Beate Marie Eriksen (born 19 October 1960) is a Norwegian actress and film director, born to a World War II pilot, Marius Eriksen.[1] She is the niece of alpine skier Stein Eriksen, and is married to actor Toralv Maurstad.[2]
Career
Beate Eriksen graduated from the Norwegian National Academy of Theatre in 1985. Beate Eriksen since her graduation worked both at Oslo Nye Teater and at Riksteatret, as well as doing freelance work at Nationaltheatret (the National Theatre) and other theatres.[3] She has also acted in television roles, most prominently the soap opera Hotel Cæsar.[2]
